my chinese results ..
i didnt expect much though .. and i can honestly say i deserved to get that kinda marks cos i couldnt be bothered to study chinese at all =\
this is God's wake up call to me
to stop slacking and be serious in my work
if not this is the kind of results i will be getting next year
many seniors were disappointed with their results
i couldnt do anything .. but just stand by, helpless as i watched their crestfallen faces
what could i do ? Lord, i really dont know

the guys wanted to watch movie ah but the timing quite late

even xiangren also sing til sian haha

today's a v special day for me ((((:
its the day the old me has died and the new me has risen muahahaha

well had a hectic week in school with homeworks and all
im such a procrastinator =\
supposed to be doing my group's gp ppt now but came here to blog
friday school ended super early at 1.40pm yay thank God :D our much needed rest !!

we decided to watch L CHANGE THE WORLD :DDDD
i tell you that show is AWESOMEEEEEEE
even people who never watch deathnote before *ahem, CANICE*
she could understand the show so no worries for those who didnt catch deathnote 1 & 2 ((((((: hahaha
but the show's abit gross cos of the virus and all
L's super cute
which is like the first time i think so cos i was a huge supporter of Light in the first 2 movies :D
anyways yeah had we bought snacks and smuggled them successfully into the cinema =x hahaha
met wee soo for dinner at sunplaza :D hahhahaha catched up with her on alot of stuff hahaha she's soooo cute :D
sighs i really miss sec sch days eh ..
the days when you never do homework also can pass ... most of all i miss hjms

firstly, congrats to the soccer guys for winning the match against srjc today :D hahaha
but because of the win and celebration for the win

hmmm
well
what can i say ...
2007 has been an interesting year for me in terms of spiritual growth and commitment to church
had loads of ups and downs
i was a really bad sheep i recall ..
first shepherd was carmen .. she tried to connect with me, being so patient and all (: but yet i always pon shepherding .. pon caregroup .. ohmy tian i think i was a really v difficult sheep to handle . plus i was quite stubborn too
that was when i was in sec sch cg ..
than, i moved to yjc for 1st 3 months
God put me in this amazing cg with amazing people but yet
i was blind to see that fact at the beginning
as usual .. i ponned caregroup .. ponned shepherding .. my shepherd was zixin
and she was ever so patient and just like carmen, she never gave up on me (:
in fact
the whole cg never once gave up on me (: and im really grateful and thankful for them (:
got really close with my cg after so many months of not attending church =x
and they never once gave up on me ...
and it was only on canice's birthday that i found out she was my shepherd
God, use me to grow Your Kingdom
there was once i met up with zixin and thaddeus for lunch at amk hub
and what they told me really left an impact in my life
at first i thought it was just the normal lunch and all .. than thaddeus asked me this question : what is my concept of God?
i didnt know how to reply him than .. God has been so amazing and wonderful that my gratefulness to Him cant be described in mere words
He has changed me alot
and it was than that thad and so many other people believed in me, saw i had the potential to grow and im really thankful for them not giving up in me
and of course, with thaddeus comes all the nonsensical stuff haha :D
me and zixin tried to bluff him by saying pigs ears had cheese in it (it really looks like cheese !)
so the both of us were trying to convince thaddeus .. obviously he didnt buy it and he said if its not true, he would buy a carton of eggs and smash the eggs over our heads . hahaha
and he told zixin his evil plan of copying whatever i said and in the end i turned the tables on him hahahaha
i think his fav. phrase is 'shut up' =x
maybe me and zixin should disturb him more often muahahahaha :D
countdown with cg wasnt what i expected it to be
but God taught me one thing : to Love Him, i must learn to Love His people too (:

last week, i went for my first all-star meeting
thad's teaching was with God, He can turn the impossible into possible
and i believe that with this new team, God can really use us to grow His Kingdom even more (:

just wanna say, i love my shepherd canice loads :D
she was there for me when i was down, happy, sad, angry blah blah blah
really thank God for her

late as in late for acs' new year service !! lol
benedict msg me saying he could meet me at toa payoh interchange dan bring me to church cause i dont know my way there
arrived at the interchange super late
pooor benedict waited for like erm 20+ minutes i think =\ i'm so sorry !! >.<
ahahaha andddd he's so nice la bought me bread for breakfast LOL !
we went for service
i saw loads of cute children ... made me feel so old .. LOL !
service was quite ok (:

dan had buffet lunch ...
benedict's parents drove us back to their house hahaha
dan i go see his school photos and laughed at them =x omg so bad

they're one of my source of strength and pillar ..

i can now safely say that without you all , my life wouldnt be complete
as i look back in 2007
i saw how God's unfailing love never let me down
and my cg never once gave up on me even though got one period of time i always pon church .. pon shepherding .. pon cg .. but they never gave up on me
i really thank God for each and everyone of them
and this year .. was also a year of sadness and heartbreaks .
actually to tell the truth .. the pain is still there
i still have not got over ____________ .. and i dont think i ever will

recently school made the announcement about recruiting OGLs for next year's first 3 months orientation
HAHA THERES NO FIRST 3 MONTHS ! THERES ONLY FIRST 1 MONTH ! okay lame
i dont know if its really 1 month only or whatever . anyway
was thinking whether to sign up for it
was an ogl before for JAE
haha there were more ogls than jae-intake people
loads of ponners
and ogls have to do loads of tiring and saikang stufffs . but we get loads of breaks while they having their subject talks
and i liked my class (:
managed to click with them and my fellow ogls
interesting experience
however, i dont even know if i can make it to J2 next year .. let alone being an ogl

thank God i passed my chem organic test today !!!

THE LORD'S BASEBALL GAME

Freddy and the Lord stood by to observe a baseball game. The Lord's team was playing Satan's team

The Lord's team was at bat, the score was tied zero to zero, and it was the bottom of the 9th inning with two outs. They continued to watch as a batter named 'Love', stepped up to the plate.

Love swung at the first pitch and hit a single, because "Love never fails."

The next batter was named Faith, who also got a single because Faith works with Love

The next batter up was named Godly Wisdom. Satan wound up and threw the first pitch. Godly Wisdom looked it over and let it pass: Ball one. Three more pitches and Godly Wisdom walked because he never swings at what Satan throws

The bases were now loaded. The Lord then turned to Freddy and told him He was now going to bring in His starplayer.

Up to the plate stepped Grace.

Freddy said, "He sure doesn't look like much!"

Satan's whole team relaxed when they saw Grace. Thinking he had won the game, Satan wound up and fired his first pitch.........

To the shock of everyone, Grace hit the ball harder than anyone had ever seen! But Satan was not worried; his center fielder let very few get by. He went up for the ball, but it went right through his glove, hit him on the head and sent him crashing on the ground; the roaring crowds went wild as the ball continued over the fence for a home run!

The Lord's team won!

The Lord then asked Freddy if he knew why Love, Faith and Godly Wisdom could get on base but couldn't win the game. Freddy answered that he didn't know why.

The Lord explained, "If your love, faith and wisdom had won the game, you would think you had done it by yourself. Love, Faith and Wisdom will get you on base but only My Grace can get you Home."

had the dumb stupid useless compulsory leadership training workshop in sch FOR THE WHOLE DAY yesterday !

we took the clothings we liked dan went to de dressing room to try on

i cant get to sleep
think its cos i had an unexpected afternoon nap ?
had this urge to really thank my mum
throughout this whole period i had sore eyes, she took care of me .. made sure i ate the antibiotic pills and even got my brother to put the eyedrop for me

no matter how grouchy i was or how unreasonable i was, my mum didnt flare up or whatsoever
maybe cause im sick thats why she gave way to me hehe =p

think the funniest thing that happened is during odac and when going home
so yup . after school
played squash with peiwen and shelby

back home from ODAC pulau ubin camp
was a really memorable camp in lots of ways
got home, put down my stuff, finished my last-minute packing, bathed
went to meet peiwen
the funny thing was i couldnt find peiwen and weihan
and the both of them couldnt find me
so i went back to school alone
finally saw peiwen and weihan haha
reached porch
was really really late
and i still think my fringe is weird
maybe not used to it ba
to the extend that some people dont recognise me !
